How Synapse Q collects, uses, and protects information for evaluation pilots and developer showcases.
Data we collect
- Account basics: name, email, organization, and role.
- Submission metadata: challenge IDs, timestamps, runtime metrics, and logs.
- Platform usage: feature usage, session events, and device/browser fingerprints.
How we use data
- Operate and improve evaluation services and leaderboards.
- Security monitoring, fraud detection, and abuse prevention.
- Support and incident response for enterprise and developer users.
Your controls
- Access/rectify: request a copy or correction of your stored data.
- Deletion: request deletion where retention is not legally required.
- Export: request a machine-readable export of your personal data.
Retention
Submission artifacts and logs are retained for the duration of your pilot or as required by audit obligations agreed in your enterprise contract.
Do you sell personal data?
No. Data is used only to operate the platform, improve services, and support users.
Where is data stored?
We use EU-hosted services (Supabase EU, Hetzner) with region pinning options for enterprise pilots.
How do I request deletion?
Email privacy@kvantiq.studio with your account email. We delete non-required data and confirm completion.
Do you use tracking cookies?
Only necessary cookies for authentication and security. Analytics is optional and privacy-first.
