These terms govern access to the Synapse Q platform, enterprise pilots, and developer submissions.
Acceptable use
- No misuse of datasets, credentials, or evaluation infrastructure.
- No attempts to disrupt, probe, or circumvent platform controls.
- Use only for permitted challenges and within agreed resource limits.
Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of submissions; you grant Synapse Q a license to evaluate them.
- Challenge content and platform materials remain Synapse Q or partner IP.
Confidentiality
Non-public datasets, scoring methods, and enterprise pilot details are confidential and may only be used for the intended evaluation.
Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” Synapse Q is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Platform SLAs and remedies are defined in enterprise statements of work.
Can I export my submission data?
Yes. You can request an export of submissions, logs, and evaluation results per your contract.
What happens to inactive accounts?
Inactive accounts may be archived; data retention follows contractual or legal requirements.
Do SLAs apply to pilots?
Pilot SLAs are defined in the statement of work and may differ from production SLAs.
How are disputes handled?
Disputes are handled per governing law and jurisdiction defined in your enterprise agreement.
